SULAYR GLOBAL SERVICE was a beneficiary of the European Regional Development Fund, the goal of which is to improve the competitiveness of SMEs, and thanks to which it launched an International Digital Marketing Plan which aims to improve its online positioning in foreign markets during the year 2017-2018. In this it was supported by the XPANDE DIGITAL Programme of the Official Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Services and Shipping of Granada.

In this it was supported by the XPANDE Programme of the Chamber of Commerce of Granada.
||TextilPET – – Obtaining of textile-grade rPET recovered from multi-layer PET

SULAYR GLOBAL SERVICE S.L received aid for its “OBTAINING TEXTILE-GRADE RPET RECOVERED FROM MULTI-LAYER PET” Research & Development project through the Centre for the Development of Industrial Technology (CDTI). This aid is co-funded by the European Union through the ERDF Smart Growth Operational Programme 2014-2020.
The project’s goal is to obtain textile-grade recycled PET (rPET) from the recycling of industrial and post-consumer multi-layer materials to provide an energy-recovery alternative and contribute to removing their presence from landfill sites.</small
During the execution of the first milestone, after obtaining highly satisfactory laboratory-scale results, SULAYR conducted a pilot trial to determine the adjustments that will allow it to obtain rPET suitable for manufacturing yarns and monofilaments on an industrial scale.

The project’s primary objective is to reduce the environmental impact associated with the use of PVC/PE multi-layer plastic waste, demonstrating, from a lifecycle perspective, an innovative and sustainable methodology for managing and recycling multi-layer packaging at the end of its useful life.
